Fingerprint Patterns and Their Meaning

The patterns on your fingertips are read alongside the palm. Each of the four classic fingerprint patterns describes a side of your character, and the more fingers carry a pattern, the stronger its meaning.
Loop
Loops on any finger show a person with wide general knowledge who learns quickly, notices details and is warm and friendly with everyone, so they are well liked.
Double loop (twin loop)
Two interlocking loops show someone who can be uncertain and hesitant, and who finds it hard to make decisions on the spot.
Whorl
A whorl (a spiral) shows a person who does not give in easily: bold in thought, action and self-expression, determined and patient, able to push through obstacles without losing heart, and yet a lover of peace.
Tented arch
A tented arch shows self-discipline, imagination, creativity and an artistic side, with ideas that often break from convention. The more fingers with this pattern, the more imaginative the person.
Many fine, tangled lines on the fingers
A lively person who is not afraid of hard work, enjoys both heavy and light tasks, is diligent and cheerful at work, and has many friends.
