Score 1 point for each A, 2 for each B and 3 for each C.
8–12 points: too cool
You rarely show your feelings, and bottled-up emotions can show up as headaches or stomach trouble. Practise expressing small feelings first, then bigger ones; your friends will welcome the change.
13–18 points: high EQ
You express your feelings appropriately, rarely irritate those around you, and handle upsets on your own.
19–24 points: emotions in the driver's seat
Your reactions can be strong, and caring too much about others' reactions makes your mood unstable. Learning to manage your emotions will win people over.
