Arabic parts (lots)
The Arabic parts, or lots, are sensitive points found by adding the distance between two planets to the Ascendant. The Part of Fortune is the best known, but Hellenistic and medieval astrologers such as Paulus Alexandrinus, al-Biruni and Guido Bonatti used dozens of them, each pinpointing one topic of life. This calculator finds thirteen of the most important.
