Ashtakavarga Calculator

Ashtakavarga (“eight groups”), from the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, scores every sign of your chart. The seven planets and the Lagna each give benefic points (bindus) to particular signs, counted from where they stand at your birth. Signs with many bindus give good results when planets transit them; signs with few call for care. A planet can score up to 8 in a sign, and the total across all planets (Sarvashtakavarga) is always 337.
