Thai daily dice oracle
A popular Thai way to read the day ahead: calm your mind, think about the day, and roll. The die has seven faces, 0 to 6, each linked to one of the elements (air, fire, water or earth) and to a reading for work, study, friends, love, money and your lucky colour. In Thai tradition, helpful and difficult people are described by the weekday they were born on.
The seven numbers
| Number | Element | Theme of the day |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Air | A day for exploring new ideas and the unusual things you enjoy; unexpected thoughts come to you. |
| 1 | Fire | Watch out for impatience: quick decisions go wrong easily, so let others help you decide. |
| 2 | Water | You are sensitive and easily swayed today, unsure of yourself and inclined to follow other people's views. |
| 3 | Water | A day of friction: quarrels, irritation with what others do, and emotions that are hard to control. |
| 4 | Earth | Cleverness, quick wits and steadiness, though you may be too ready to follow your friends. |
| 5 | Fire | Influence, success and recognition: what you have set your heart on, for good, comes true. |
| 6 | Air | Charm and attraction: people are drawn to you and you are well liked. |
Translated and adapted from the Thai edition: health notes are given as gentle reminders, and one traditional warning about people's appearance was replaced.
