Playing card wish reading
This Thai method uses a 32-card deck, from the seven to the ace in each suit, as in many old European card readings. Make a wish, choose the suit that matches your question, and one card is drawn, upright or reversed. Hearts speak of love and happiness, diamonds of money, clubs of work and business, and spades of obstacles, with a traditional way to meet them.
The four suits
- Hearts: love, happiness and success.
- Diamonds: money, gains and opportunities.
- Clubs: luck at work, trade and business.
- Spades: obstacles and difficult spells, each with a traditional remedy, usually a kind deed.
